The Truck Set-up

The most simple of our set ups!

For 1 day events we drive in and drive out the same day. For more than 1-2 days we like to have a 3x3m gazebo back of house for storage, staff breaks and such.

Depending on how many topping options we offer our output ranges from:

100 pizzas/hour: 1-2 options

80/hour: 3 -4 options

Electricity Requirements: 2 x 16amp needed if we have BOH, but only 1x16 amp otherwise.

Simple Gazebo Set-up

This comprises of a single 3x3 frontage with our trailer oven next to the gazebo. We need a 3x3 back of house also so our kitchen footprint becomes 5m frontage x 6m depth. We require space for a trailer fridge as well to keep our dough cold-proving to perfection.

Average output is around 100 pizzas/hour for up to 4 options. We highly recommend our “Top 3” Service: Margheritas, Pepperonis & ‘Shrooms (GF & vegan included)

Electricity Requirements: 1 x 32amp needed for the kitchen, plus 1x16amp for the fridge

The Machine Set-up

Double Ovens, limited selection. We recommend only offering Margheritas & Pepperoni’s (and of course gluten free & vegan) as it turns our production levels up 10-fold. If you are looking for very high output, while retaining wonderful wood-fired quality for your event this is the option for you!

Ideally, we love a pre-fab, but if that isn’t available we do have our own kit and if space is tight can fit all of this into a 6x6m footprint.

We require space for a trailer fridge as well to keep our dough cold-proving to perfection.
